Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

Your product will be delivered digitally by email to the email address you provide when paying for your goods. You will receive an email with details of how to obtain and download your items usually straight away but sometimes this may take more than 1 hour. If you have not received an email within 30 minutes, please contact us and we will provide you with a link directly to download your purchased items.

Refund / Cancelation Policy

Once you have made a purchase and downloaded your digital files or used your unlock code then we will not issue any refunds. If you have purchased the wrong product, we will glady upgrade that product purchase to one of a higher value from our site if the difference in cost is paid. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange higher value products for lower value products. We are here to help so If you have a requirement but you are unsure which product to purchase please contact us first. We will under certain circumstances exchange your download or purchase for an equivalent(but different) product or service at no extra charge, please contact us to discuss this should you make a genuine mistake.

While we strive to offer a seamless experience and encourage creativity, it is important to note that the term 'unlimited' in reference to map creation does not imply an unrestricted or limitless quantity. We define 'unlimited' as a fair and reasonable amount of map creation that aligns with the typical usage patterns of our average customer.
Based on our usage statistics, creating 100 maps over a 12 month period would be considered the very top end of fair usage. However, it is essential to maintain a balance and prevent abuse of our services. Creating an excessive number of maps, such as over 150-200, goes beyond the intended usage limits and is considered a violation of our terms of service.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take appropriate action if we detect any misuse or violation of our terms. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, limiting or suspending access to the map creation tool, contacting the user for clarification, or terminating the user's account. We encourage all users to utilize our service responsibly and respect the fair use principles that ensure an optimal experience for everyone. If you need the ability to create hundreds/thousands of maps this is entirely possible, you’d need to email us first so we can confirm the additional costs.

Resale

Our mapping tools are intended for the exclusive use of the purchasing individual or organization and are not authorized for resale or distribution without prior written consent from our company. The unique features and functionalities of our products are tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. Restricting resale helps maintain the integrity of our product and ensures that users receive the full benefits of our mapping tools, including ongoing support and updates. Any unauthorized resale or distribution of our products may result in the termination of product access and legal action, as per the applicable laws and regulations.

VAT Avoidance

It is not acceptable for a UK company to purchase our products through a European company for the purpose of avoiding Value Added Tax (VAT).
