Help & Support Videos

We’re always adding help videos to our YouTube channel, showing you how to do all kinds of different procedures with our mapping system.

It’s often handy to play a tutorial video whilst going through the steps in the video ‘for real’. For this reason, we’ve made the tutorial videos automatically popup in an iframe window hovering over the map page. If it’s covering the map you can click in the green bar at the top of the video screen and drag the window to somewhere else on the page. You cannot drag it outside the boundary of the map colouring system window. If you’d like videos in their own window, this is possible by clicking the ??? button. N.B. It is only possible to have one video playing at a time. If you select a different video, it will replace the one currently playing and start from the beginning.

Help & Support Files

We’ve created this series of help pages to give people a basic insight into using the most common features of the map colouring system. Clicking this button will toggle the help files overlay window.

When clicked the help icon will become depressed and the help window will hover over the map window. You can move it to where you want on screen by clicking and dragging in the green bar at the top of the window.

If you would prefer to see the help system full screen in a new browser window then click the maximize button next to the cross in the green title bar of the window.

It is not possible to resize the help screen but it does have scroll bars and the navigation system is simple.

To search the whole help system you can do so by entering the text you wish to search for in the Search Help box.

The structure of the help system is broken down into main headings with sub headings.

Click on a main subject and the different pages within that subject category will appear. Clicking on one of those sub-categories will display the appropriate information.

At the top of every single help page, the menu system will be present. If you wish to navigate to a different page simply scroll to the top of the page and select a different category.
