Manage saved work

Transfer a saved map to another account

Transfer moves the selected saved map to a recipient account. Use it when handing over ownership of the editable work, rather than simply sending a PDF for someone to read.

  1. Recipient email

Open Transfer from the correct saved-map row and enter the intended recipient’s account email. Check the spelling carefully. The account and access checks happen as part of the transfer flow.

  2. Move Now

Starts the transfer of the selected map. Read any follow-up confirmation before proceeding. This is an ownership action, so keep a separate saved copy first if you need to retain your own version.

  3. Recipient map access

Having a map transferred does not necessarily give the recipient an active licence for its map type. Follow any access or renewal message rather than assuming the transfer includes a new purchase.

  4. When a download is enough

If the recipient only needs to view or print the finished map, send a PDF or image instead. That avoids moving the editable map out of your account.
