  1. Order Print

Opens the print-order form for this map. Check the map ID and selected version before ordering a physical print.

  2. ExportVM

Downloads a JSON data package containing the saved Map4 record. Keep the complete file for a compatible import workflow. This action does not convert the map artwork to PDF or automatically open it in the Pro tool.

  3. Create CSV

Asks to export the saved map’s assignments as a spreadsheet file. Confirm the map ID in the message. The generated CSV appears in the file manager’s spreadsheet section.

  4. Delete

Checks whether the editable map is old enough to delete and then asks you to confirm the map ID. This is different from the PDF and CSV delete buttons, which can act without a confirmation.

  5. Transfer

Opens the recipient-account dialog. It moves ownership of this saved map, so use a separate copy if you need to keep your own version.

  6. Convert to District / Sector

Opens the supported finer-detail conversion for this map. A converted copy is created; the original remains. Review and save the converted map before exporting its data.
