Business Locator Map
Our Business Locator Maps Consist Of...
1. Almost everyone has a printer that can print A4 ages in colour, this is why most of our business locator maps are designed in this size.
2. The whole composition from directions to inset map, logo & header information to the all important locator map are all designed in a way that incorporates your companies colour scheme and fits in the any branding or style guide you may have for your corporate literature. All this makes one of our Business Locator Maps an ideal addition to your corporate information and is ideally placed as a link or image on the Contact page of your website. This package is delivered in a multitude of different file formats so there’s a Business Locator Map for your company in any format you could ever need.
3. We display your address, postcode and contact details clearly at the top of the map along with your company logo

4. Below the elements described above we show display one quarter of the page a set of comprehensive directions and travel information relating to how to find your premises if travelling by car, plane, bus, taxi, train, tube or any other form of travel you desire. The writen travel directions are in an easily readable form and correspond exactly to the red arrows, roads and information shown on the other maps and components of the composition.
5. Adjacent to the travel information we usually display a motorway map or an inset map.
a. The motorway map shows where your business is in relation to the motorway network. Showing customers or visitors clearly how far away from the nearest motorway junctions you are and the best ‘A’ roads or major local roads to take to get close to your business.
b. The inset map is sometimes used instead of a motorway map (particularly if you are located very near to a motorway and do not need a full blown motorway map) The inset is used to show a very zoomed in map of your premises and its immediate surroundings. This helps customers if you are in a highly populated area with a lot of other streets or buildings close by.
6. Taking up the full bottom half of the page is the ‘Locator Map’. This map is arguably the most important component of our A4 Business Locator. This part of the composition is designed to show specific routes from the major motorway junctions direct to your door. We don’t show all the irrelevant road information that only serves to confuse people and place red arrows along the routes your customers should be following. Landmarks and points of interest are clearly labelled to help users keep their bearings.
